very frustrating, but i wonder how much of it is just because of media and the likes having no ability to look at things objectively and putting their allegiances aside. TSN, SN/CBC are the leafs PR machines, so you dont get much fair reporting outside button and burke.

just watch HNIC yesterday, they spoke about the leafs for about 18 mins on their win vs ott, and about 3 mins regarding the habs, and how McDavid hopefully will do better next game. They were scrambling to figure out how to change the narratives, was embarrassing.

Fam out west cant watch Habs games, or when they do, there is no objective analysis. I mean even my pals who are leaf fans find it embarrassing.

This isnt a plot or conspiracy, i think this just comes down to the people who produce the shows not respecting objectivity. These are national sports stations that are owners of the leafs... Bell and rogers... you dont think they are going to push their brand? Last nights destruction of the oilers was not even talked about, during the post game. Not a second. It was tired narratives about the leafs, and McDavid.
